Order Fulfilment


Instant Access:

Upon completing the checkout process, our customers are granted immediate access to their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform. This instant access ensures that clients can begin utilizing our services without delay, maximizing the value of their subscription from the moment of purchase.


Refunds:

  • For new subscriptions, we extend a 7 day money-back guarantee. Should you find our service unsatisfactory within this period, please promptly contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.

  • Refunds are exclusively applicable to new subscription purchases and are not extendable to renewal payments.
  • To qualify for a refund, the request must be made within the stipulated refund period, accompanied by a valid justification for the refund.
  • Upon approval of your refund request, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account or credit card.


Cancellations:

  • You retain the autonomy to terminate your subscription at any juncture by “Company Billing” section in the CRM.
  • Cancellations become effective immediately upon receipt of your request, and preclude any future subscription renewals.
  • Access to the service persists until the conclusion of your current billing cycle post-cancellation.


Exceptions:

  • Violations of our terms of service or acceptable use policy disqualify accounts from refund eligibility.


Order Processing and Delivery:

  • Orders for our SaaS solution are processed in real-time, ensuring swift access upon purchase.
  • Upon subscription completion, clients receive an email containing login credentials to access their new CRM.
